The coaching has involved specific issues such as leadership behaviours, career choices, receiving feedback, communication and presentation skills and coaching to attain a work life balance.

Cath recently coached a senior manager who wanted to change his leadership style so he could motivate and inspire his team. Through the coaching he developed a vision for the team and tools for communicating and inspiring the team.
